This line will do the degrease for no-orientation silicon iron, and undertake decarburizing annealing and recrystallization annealing in the protective gas atmosphere so as to decrease the carbon content into the preset range, result the crystal grain growth, eliminate stress and coat insulating layer.

Raw material: middle, low and no silicon cold rolled hard coil with silicon content below 2%

            Carbon content: 50-70 ppm

            Strip thickness: 0.35-0.65 mm

The technics flow shows as follows:

Coil loading→ payoff reel→ thickness measurement → crop shear→ welding→ (entry accumulator→ ) degreasing (alkali spray + alkali scrub+ electrolytic degreasing → water cleaning → dryer)→ decarburizing annealing → cooling→ insulating coating → sintering → air jet cooling →(exit accumulator→) surface inspecting → cutting→ tension reel

Main feature:

(1) Adopts international advanced and reliable electric iron decarburizing process technology.

(2) A cleaning section will be set, which combines chemical degreasing and electrolytic degreasing, to improve the degreasing effect, clean the oil stain, and iron dust of the strip surface.

(3) Adopts continuous decarburizing annealing furnace, using radiant tube and electric resistance indirect heating technique, the heating can be easy controlled, and it will get the uniform heating and good strip shape;

(4) In the furnace, adopts protective gas recycle jet cooler and frequency conversion adjustment, which can get the effect of quick and uniform cooling.

(5) Uses light ceramic fiber as the inner lining of the annealing furnace, which has the advantage of quick furnace building and low thermal inertial etc.

(6) Adopts advanced insulating coating technology.

(7) The CPC, EPC will be the imported equipment, which further ensures the steady produce of the line.
