    HR pickling steel sheet adopts high quatity hot rolled strip as raw material,after removing oxidized scale,edge trimming and skin pass processing,gets intermediate product whose surface quality and property(mainly including cold bending or drawing property)is between HR and CR.

Advantage of HR pickling steel:

1 compared with HR steel,its advantages mainly are:

1)good surface quality,owing to oxidized scale being removed,and also good for welding,oiling and painting.

2)Precise dimensions,owing to skin pass process which improves strip shape and flatness error caused,

Surface quality

1 Steel sheet or strip surface should be free of pollution,crack,rust and so on defect,and without spot due to line stoppage.Defect not influence forming is acceptable,such as scratch/wrinkle which cannot feel by hand touch,light yellow film after pickling,slight pits,imprint,color diffrence,etc.

2 The product with light defects is allowed due to it has no chance or cannot be cut down,but total defect parts should not longer than 6%of total length.

3 Oiling means to coating strip surface with anti-rust electrostatic oil.It can be oiled slightly,intermediate oiling and heavy oiling as required by cunstomer,Product after oiling can be stored without rust within rust within three months.
